Questions? We can help
The basis on which we sell goods and services: how orders are formed, how pricing and delivery work, when risk passes to you, where to find warranty information, and the limits of what we can reasonably promise.

These terms describe the relationship between M. Opoku (“we”, “us”) and any person or organisation who buys goods or services from us, whether through this website, by telephone, over WhatsApp or in person at our premises in Accra.
By placing an order you accept these terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and the business becomes the customer for the purposes of this document.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the day the order was accepted, and we will keep superseded versions available on request.
Product listings on this site are an invitation to order rather than a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. After you order on this website, we call the number you gave us to confirm it.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch. The usual reasons are that the item has sold out, that a listed price was clearly wrong, or that we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Please check your order confirmation carefully. Corrections to the delivery address, quantity or specification are straightforward before dispatch and considerably harder afterwards.
Prices are shown in Ghana cedis and include any applicable taxes unless the listing says otherwise. Delivery and installation are charged separately and are shown before you confirm an order. An item without a published price cannot be ordered online; ask us and we will quote you.
Prices may change with supplier costs before an order is accepted. If we discover a clear pricing error, we contact you before proceeding. You may agree to the corrected price or cancel for a full refund; we do not change an accepted order's price without your agreement.
At checkout you can pay online with mobile money or card through Paystack, pay the rider in cash on delivery, or pay at our shop when you collect. Any other arrangement, such as credit for a business, is agreed in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation, and quotations for installation are estimates based on the information available at the time — a site survey may change the scope and therefore the figure.
You can have an order delivered or collect it from our shop. Any delivery time we give you is an estimate, not a guarantee; courier schedules, weather, road conditions and public holidays all affect it.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on collection, and title passes once payment has been received in full. Please inspect the packaging and the contents before the courier leaves, and note any visible damage at that point — damage reported after the courier has left is significantly harder to resolve.
If nobody is available at the delivery address, the courier will normally attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection. Repeated failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number may be charged.
Installation is a separate service with its own scope, agreed before the visit. A typical installation covers placement, mounting, configuration, weatherproofing where relevant and a documented test, but the specifics are set out in the booking.
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the site, for obtaining any permission required from a landlord, body corporate or building management, and for telling us about hazards such as unstable roofing, exposed wiring or restricted access before the technician arrives.
Our technicians will not undertake work they consider unsafe. Where a job cannot proceed for reasons outside our control — no access, no permission, unsafe conditions, or no power on site — a call-out charge may apply and the visit will be rescheduled.
Mounting equipment involves drilling and cable routing. We take reasonable care, agree the route with you in advance and make good to a reasonable standard, but some cosmetic disturbance to walls, ceilings and paintwork is inherent in the work.
Warranty periods are product-specific and shown on the product page where recorded. Our Warranty Centre explains cover for manufacturing defects under normal use, the claim process and applicable exclusions. Ask us before ordering if a period or a product-specific term is unclear.
Keep your receipt or order reference. Contact us about a fault so we can assess it and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund under the product warranty and Ghanaian law. Warranty terms never remove your statutory rights.
We sell equipment and expertise. We do not operate a mobile network, and we cannot control coverage, congestion, network maintenance, data plan behaviour or the performance of a satellite constellation.
Coverage information, speed figures, device capability claims and installation outcomes described on this site are indicative. A site survey produces a specific, measured assessment for your location; anything short of that is an informed estimate.
Where we recommend a configuration, that recommendation is based on the information you provide and on what we measure at the site. If the underlying conditions change — a new building goes up, a mast is reconfigured, your usage doubles — the recommendation may need revisiting.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for the goods or services concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity or the cost of alternative connectivity during an outage.
Businesses that cannot trade without connectivity should treat a single connection as a single point of failure and arrange redundancy accordingly. We are happy to design that redundancy; we cannot underwrite the consequences of its absence.
This site is provided for browsing our catalogue and services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other users, or use it to distribute unlawful content.
Content on this site, including text, illustrations and layout, belongs to us or to our licensors. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we sell.
The tools on this site — device finder, coverage lookup, speed test, Wi-Fi calculator, compatibility checker and the assistant — produce guidance, not guarantees, and should be treated as a starting point rather than a specification.
Our returns policy forms part of these terms: qualifying online goods purchases have a 14-day cancellation window after receipt, and voluntary in-store change-of-mind returns have a 3-day window. Approved refunds are processed within 6 working days after returned goods are received and checked, subject to any earlier deadline required by law. Faulty-goods rights are separate and are not limited by the voluntary 3-day window.
When vehicle listings are available, they are offered by enquiry and viewing. Inspection, ownership documentation, payment, registration and delivery terms must be agreed before purchase. Standard parcel checkout is not available for cars or motorbikes.
If something has gone wrong, tell us before you escalate it. Most complaints are resolved quickly once the right person has the order number and a clear description. We aim to acknowledge written complaints promptly and to keep you informed until the matter is closed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
