What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay in cash when a delivery arrives, or at the shop when you collect — and where checkout offers it, by mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AT Money) or Visa or Mastercard on Paystack's secure page. Any payment method shown at checkout is available for that order.

Can I get a quotation for my business?

Yes. Tell us about the premises — the floor plan, how many staff and devices, existing cabling and your power arrangements — and we will prepare a quotation for that site. Use the enquiry form on our contact or business solutions page, or call or WhatsApp us. Several sites can be quoted together so the equipment stays consistent across branches.

Do you supply bulk or trade orders?

Ask us. Larger orders are priced against the specific models and quantities you need, so tell us what you are after and we will confirm what we can supply, the price and when.

Do you deliver, or can I collect?

Accepted Answer

We deliver by courier, or you can collect from our shop on Spintex Road, Accra. Tell us where you are and we confirm delivery and the day when we call. If you need it by a particular date, call us before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

What is your returns policy?

Qualifying online goods purchases have a 14-day cancellation window after receipt. We also offer 3-day voluntary in-store change-of-mind returns for unused, complete items in their original packaging. Approved refunds are processed within 6 working days after goods are received and checked, subject to any earlier legal deadline. Which network should I choose for my router?

Coverage varies street by street, so the honest answer is whichever operator performs best at your specific address rather than whichever is generally reputed to be strongest. Testing a SIM in place before committing to a plan is the most reliable check. For sites where no single operator is dependable, a dual-SIM router can use whichever network is behaving at the time.

Do I need an external antenna?

You need one if your signal is weak after you have tried the free fix of repositioning the router, which resolves more cases than people expect. Check RSRP and SINR on the router status page: weak strength or poor quality after trying several positions is the signal that an antenna will help. Make sure your router has external antenna connectors before buying, since not every model does.

Do I need to register a SIM card?

SIM registration requirements apply in Ghana, so you will need valid identification to complete registration before a SIM will work normally. This applies to router SIMs exactly as it does to phone SIMs. If you are buying a SIM, have your identification with you and ask us how registration works for it.

Can you install the equipment for me?

Ask us. Tell us what you are buying, where the site is and what the building is like, and we will tell you what we can do and what it costs before anything is booked. The price depends on the site, so we confirm it with you rather than quoting a figure here.

Do you install outside Accra?

Ask us. Tell us the town and the nearest landmark and we will tell you what is practical for your site, and what it would cost, before anything is booked.

What warranty comes with the devices you sell?

Warranty periods are shown on individual product pages where recorded. Cover applies to manufacturing defects under normal intended use; our Warranty Centre explains claims and exclusions. Keep your receipt or order reference, and ask us before ordering if no period is shown. Your statutory rights remain protected.

What are your support hours?

Our published hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, and we are closed on Sunday. Messages sent outside these hours are picked up when we reopen.

How long does delivery usually take?

It depends on where you are and on the route. We confirm the expected day with you when we call about your order. If you need it by a particular date, call us before you order and we will tell you whether that is possible.

How much is delivery?

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and orders above the free-delivery threshold shown in your cart are delivered free. Collecting from our shop costs nothing.

Can I collect my order instead?

Collection can usually be arranged from our Spintex Road location during published opening hours. Please wait for confirmation that the order is ready before travelling, since not every item is held at the front counter. Bring your order reference.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Enter your order reference on our Track order page to see where it has got to. If the status has not changed for longer than you expect, call or WhatsApp us with the reference.

What should I check when my order arrives?

Check that you have what you ordered, that the seals are intact and that nothing is visibly damaged, before the courier leaves where that is practical. Photograph any damaged packaging straight away, since that record makes a claim far simpler. Tell us about any problem the same day.

Do you deliver to remote sites and construction camps?

Ask us before you order. Access, road conditions and site security all affect what is practical, so tell us where the site is and how to reach it, and we will tell you what we can do.

How long is the warranty on my device?

It varies from device to device. Where we have the period on record it is shown on the product page. Where it is not shown, ask us and we will tell you for that device — before you buy, ideally. Do not assume one period covers your whole order.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects and failures under normal intended use during the stated product warranty period. Normal wear, misuse and damage caused by unsuitable power supplies or unauthorised modifications are generally excluded from voluntary cover. How do I make a warranty claim?

Call or WhatsApp us with your order reference, the device's serial number and a short description of the fault. We will tell you what happens next before you send anything in. Keep your receipt, since it shows when you bought the device.

Should I keep the original packaging?

Accepted Answer

It helps considerably. The original box and inserts protect the device in transit if it ever needs to come back for service, and returns of opened items are assessed more easily with complete packaging and accessories. Keeping it for the first few weeks at minimum is sensible.

What happens if a device fails outside warranty?

Talk to us. We will tell you honestly whether a repair is worth it compared with replacement, and agree any cost with you before work starts. Devices that no longer receive firmware updates are generally better replaced than repaired where they face the internet.

What does a typical installation include?

It depends on the equipment and the site — positioning and mounting, configuration, network names and passphrases, and testing that it works where you need it. Antenna work also involves aiming and weatherproofing. We agree exactly what is included when you book.

How much does installation cost?

It depends on the site — height, cable runs and access all change the work. Tell us what you have and where, and we will confirm the price with you before any work begins.

How long does an installation take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the job. Indoor routers and mesh systems are quicker than antennas and outdoor units, where aiming and weatherproofing cannot be rushed, and business cabling can take more than one visit. We tell you how long to allow when we book the visit.

Do I need to be present during the installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, someone authorised to make decisions about drilling, cable routes and equipment positions should be on site throughout. Ask the technician to hand over the passwords and walk you through the configuration before they leave. Please arrange access to any roof space, locked rooms or distribution cupboards in advance.

Can you install equipment I bought elsewhere?

In most cases yes, and the work is quoted on the same basis as any other installation. We will tell you before starting if the equipment is unsuitable for your site, for example a router without external antenna connectors in a weak-signal location. Equipment we did not supply is not covered by our product warranty.

Will the installer help me secure the network?

Accepted Answer

Ask for it when you book. The basics are changing the administrator password, setting a strong Wi-Fi passphrase with WPA2 or WPA3, turning off WPS, applying any available firmware update and keeping guests on a separate network. Store the passwords somewhere safe, such as a password manager, rather than on a label on the router.
