Is your plan big enough?

Where to put them

Put the main router where the internet connection arrives — for a mobile router that means the window with the best signal, not the middle of the house.
Space the 3 nodes about 8-11 m apart, roughly 3 per floor, so each one still sees the last at two bars or better.
Do not push the last node right to the boundary wall. A node that can barely hear the one before it halves the speed of everything behind it.
Keep every node at least 2 m from a microwave, a cordless phone base or a large mirror, and off the floor.

Notes on this result

Concrete is the hardest case. If a wired run between nodes is possible, use it — a cabled backhaul is worth more than an extra node.
A mesh system keeps one network name across all 3 nodes so devices hand over as you walk. Wi-Fi extenders create a second network and typically halve the speed.
