Work with us
Connectivity work in Ghana is unusually varied. In one week a technician might aim an antenna on a farm compound, wire a clinic and debug a hotel guest network. If you like problems that have to be measured rather than guessed, this is good work.

The work
Titles vary, but almost everything we recruit falls into one of these. Each one is described as it actually is, including the parts people find hard.
The core of the business. Surveying sites, mounting equipment, running cable, aiming antennas and configuring networks — then testing and documenting the result before leaving.
Comfortable at height, methodical about cable dressing, and able to explain to a customer what you just did.
Running multi-day and multi-site jobs: business networks, hotels, schools and clinics. Planning the work, sequencing the team and owning the result.
Several years in the field first. This is not an entry point — it is what a good technician grows into.
Helping customers pick equipment that will actually fix their problem, in the shop, on the phone and over WhatsApp.
Someone who will talk a customer out of the expensive option when the cheap one is right. That behaviour is the job, not a nice-to-have.
First line for faults, warranty questions and orders. Diagnosing remotely, and knowing precisely when to stop diagnosing and dispatch someone.
Patient on the phone, precise in writing, and genuinely curious about why something broke.
Goods in, stock accuracy, order picking, courier handover and the returns bench. Nothing else in the business works when this does not.
Organised to the point of pedantry. Serial numbers matter here more than anywhere else in the company.
What we look for
Pay, hours and what the role involves depend on the role and on your experience. We talk them through openly at the first conversation rather than at the end of the process. Ask us anything before you apply.
How to apply
Send us an email with your CV attached and the four things below in the body. We read everything, and we reply to applications that answer the questions — a bare CV with no context is much harder to place.
For technician applications, a few photographs of installation work you have done say more than a page of description. We are interested in the cable dressing.
